Lately I have been addicted to YouTube. I have a strong affection for watching food videos (mostly healthy stuff). Over the past few months I have been watching quite a few videos that incorporated maca powder in the recipe. I had no clue what this stuff was, but I was so intrigued to find out.
So what is maca? Maca is a Peruvian plant that is generally found in the Andes. This power packed plant will give you energy and increase stamina throughout the day. Maca contains essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that will help the body function and deal with daily frustrations such as stress.
The other day I found myself on the Thrive Market website and before you know it I had a cart full of items to include maca powder. I was so excited about my purchase.
